i purchased 5k phase 2 eval account and on 2nd august 2024, did some trades and closed day at balance 5082$, the next day when i opened my account on 3rd august on the dashboard my account balance and equity showed 5229$ which moved my drawdown upwards.
Today 4th august in the morning time around 10:00 UTC, my account balance came back to normal in the dashbord of 5082$ and i was happy. But the drawdown had increased to 4992$ due to previous nights high balance closing which moved the drawdown upwards.
But then later on it started to go up again and went to around 5800$ a few hours later.
it is now at around 9800$ at the time of writting, i have sent support around 7-8 emails and have attached screen shot proofs of my account but they arent responding now.
their discord has told me to reach out to support and they can do nothing, they even told me to not defame the company when i started attaching photos in the server !!
i believe this will cause yet again to increase my drawdown at the time of closing and when tomorrow my balance will come back to normal it will say i have breached my account !!
Not sure if this is a SCAM or a bug in their system but i am very worried.
i do not use any VPN, i use the PC and mobile to login and do the trades , there is no other user at my home in Pakistan who is trading on my IP.
lets see what happens guys, what their support says tomorrow.

Update 1, in the Morning of 5th August I received email from support that they will resolve my problem today.
After some 13 hours later my balance and equity on dashboard is reflecting what's happening in the futures trading platform. That's good to know.
Thanked their support guys for the help.
Will monitor the situation and keep this review updated on my journey.
