10/10 support, always very responsive.and helpful Decent app, I only trade on my android phone and managed to get multiple payouts. Smooth purchasing process. Smooth withdrawal process. Supportive community. Personally i have nothing to complain about. Except i should have used breakout sooner.

I've been with these guys almost a year. From the start they have been the best prop firm I've worked with and I've sorted through many. Thriving community, rock solid support team, fast payouts. The BIGGEST by far is that they work with integrity, honor, and trust. They are growing rapidly and honestly there have been some system issues over the year. EVERY time they have stepped up and made it right...THAT is what keeps me around. Also, they are putting out a brand new, in house, system next week - only better from here. Yes I am a fanboy but this is an honest appraisal of a good company - I'm big on principle if you can't tell! Safe bet for your trading journey my friends :)

The platform had some unexpected downtime on Tuesday which left me unable to close out one trade and unable to open another. My support request initially fell through the cracks but has now been resolved so I didn't lose out as a result. Reliability will hopefully be improved going forward but at least when it does happen, if affected then support will sort you out so you don't lose out.

From the moment I received my funded account, I have already successfully withdrawn 2 payouts (3k and 1.5k) into my wallet. Process is super straightforward, quick and customer care is exceptional. They are the only Crypto prop firm that I know exists, and the only one I would trust for first timers.
