Good afternoon. My evaluation was canceled for alleged “Copy Trading”, however I was trading manually on the platform. I would like a detailed review of the case and the evidence used for this cancellation. I also request an official response regarding the account suspension and the amount paid for the evaluation, as I have not received proper support assistance so far. I purchased a fund account on April 22nd, but they haven't delivered it to me yet. They said they would process the refund and deposit it into my account within 5 business days, but that hasn't happened either. I'm seriously beginning to suspect a financial crisis. [Sipariş #8327650] (22.04.2026)

Really disappointed with my recent experience at #Breakout, Emporium Mall Lahore (1st floor outlet). I bought a pack of two boxers and specifically asked the salesman for the right size. He recommended a small, and trusting his advice, I didn’t double-check the size on the package. When I got home, I tried one and realized it was too small. The very next day, I went back to the outlet to request an exchange for a medium. Even though I had only tried one piece, they refused to replace either of them. I even requested them to at least replace the unused one, but they still said no. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service from a well-known brand. These small issues could easily be handled better, but this experience was really disappointing.

Don't buy into their good looking, "the good guy who pays you" image. They are shady and abusive. I had an SL took and it said $-45, exactly as I placed it. On my balance, even tho the SL meant $-45, my balanced was dropped $-113. Just for that SL, right after it, nothing else. It's also huge what is coming rn in crypto as I type this, and they are poor and scared and pretty disgusting and they probably don't want to have to pay you thousands or dozens of thousands. But I will make them pay even more now because they did this, cannot wait to get account and be PERFECT and catch the move, and if they somehow try sabotage me again I go direct legal team and even sue them and I am Not joking.

They randomly decide to reject your orders when the market favors your trades. I am not even using margin equivalent to my stop loss so it can't have anything to do with risk management. I have total distrust for this company at this point. Im not sure why Kraken is putting their reputation on the line. The mobile app looks like a scammer designed it. Will be posting evidence on youtube of my experience as well as screenshots to prove they are scamming profitable traders.
