Had an issue with a transaction (mostly my fault), so I reached out to support early in the morning (Norwegian time), not expecting much that early. To my surprise, it took less than 5 minutes to get a thorough yet super simple explanation of what was wrong and why it happened. I've used Breakout for several evaluations and funded accounts. Compared to other props the payouts are extremely fast in comparison, other props have dragged it out up to 1-2 weeks, Breakout has been at most 24 hours for myself, this includes their recent new dashboard/upgrade. What puts them above the rest is their customer service. I have experienced technical issues with their platform, however, customer support has been extremely helpful in each case restoring my balance/breaches to before the technical issues occurred.
