Not a great experience with Apex so far. I bought a 25k Rithmic Evaluation last week and have had a nightmare trying to set up my trading tools through Apex. The website is constantly bugging out. To elaborate, the RTrader platform will not link to my NinjaTrader 8 account. The RTrader platform itself is a very dated interface. So now I am currently executing all of my trades on the Web Based version of RTrader which is very tedious. When I try and seek help, I can't "Create A Ticket" request because it tells me my "Email account already exists", when I try to log in it then says "Invalid Login". A great deal (90% off Evaluation) for what they are offering but it's a shame the website seems to be going through a very bad patch of bugs/errors. If someone from Apex could respond that would be great as it seems like this is a global issue.

There is a reason apex is the most trusted firm out there. They've done exactly what they said they would. New rules are awesome with almost instant approvals. Only thing I wish they would add and prob will is instant account updates, instant eval pass after update , tradesea platform addition, and a little faster payout process and maybe a no consistency funded account, but still great company and worth the 5 star. They still offer 20 funded accounts so thats still best in industry so hard to say anything bad about them since they make up in other areas.

Probably the most terrible prop firm. they'll do anything to not pay you, have stupid rules like inactivity once you get funded god forbid you get sick and don't trade for a few days, and it's also the most expensive one.
