Always smooth with Apex. Definitely my favorite in the industry, and for good reason. Their site works very well, everything is processed on time, they always run amazing discounts. So far I've got no complaints. Would recommend.

Started off a bit rocky with my first payout . i had to wait 45 days for it(Long story short my email address got hacked so the plane invite to receive the payout had to all be changed).. but this 45 day delay wasn't entirely due to apex so i will base my review off my 2nd payout which i received within 12 hours :) and have never had any issues . Customer service is sometimes very fast, replies within a few hours .. other times i have waited up to 7 days for a reply. Wish they had a discord channel where you could just ask simple questions and get answers and then leave the more serious questions to their ticket messaging service. But overall my experience has been one of the best with Apex.

Total scam! After receiving my first 2 payouts and almost ready for the 3rd, my account with approx $10000 in profit was suddenly suspended. I'm waiting now for almost 3 weeks to get an answer from the helpdesk. Opened 3 tickets and the first 2 got closed without a response. No warning, no reason, no explanation, nothing. This is a total scam people!
