I had a very disappointing experience with Tradeify. My accounts were marked inactive due to a hedge rule violation that lasted only around 15 seconds, which I explained was caused by a technical issue (lag on my device). Despite this being unintentional and a very short overlap, they refused to reinstate any of my accounts. I understand rules are rules, but there should be some level of flexibility or case-by-case consideration, especially for minor and accidental situations. Losing multiple accounts over such a small margin feels extremely harsh. Support did respond, but ultimately there was no real resolution besides offering a discount on new accounts, which doesn’t make up for the loss. Traders should be very careful and fully aware that even a few seconds of overlap can result in permanent account loss with no recovery.
