Update on April 28: Tradeify publicly claimed they sent me an information request. They did not. I received no such email or direct message. So now this is not just about being locked out and charged anyway — it is also about making misleading public statements to shift blame onto the customer. If they truly want to review the refund, they should stop playing games and actually send the request they claim was sent. I had been a loyal user for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My account suddenly became inaccessible with absolutely no warning after Tradeify’s early April system update. I was locked out, could not log in, and the password reset option did not work. There was no clear notice, no explanation, and no immediate support. I contacted customer service and waited a long time before anyone finally replied and told me the account had been banned. Until then, I was left completely in the dark. What is even worse is that they still charged me a renewal fee while I had no access to the account and no way to cancel the subscription myself. Later, they said the subscription had been canceled, but refused to refund the charge. Locking a paying user out without warning, delaying a proper response, and continuing to bill them anyway is unacceptable. There are many better alternatives out there, so think carefully before putting your money into Tradeify.
