I didn't want to do this but since they dont want to reply I have to let people know about it. 8 days ago they denied 2 of my payouts from lightning accounts. Immediately they deleted my tradeify account so that it looks like I never had an account. The email said the payout was denied but congratulations you can enjoy your profits so they are so lazy they didn't even make sure the email make sense. I been contacting support and every time they escalate my case to the appropriate department but nothing else happens. I even message the MODs on the discord and they always ask for my ticket and tell me that they let them know already but weird how nobody reply to talk me why the denied my payouts and why they took access to all of my 4 lightning accounts $1200 usd value. If I violated a rule I will not be able to access my accounts in tradovate. I can even trade the accounts right now. However, is so sketchy how they deleted my account from tradeify.co. if I try to reset my password is saying my email doesn't exist. Please be careful as most props start doing this when running out of money. There are like 10 other people I saw in the discord with same issue. And few days later now you can buy 5 accounts in one transaction looking to make quick money. I need an answer

It has been over a week to get RISE approval to set up my LLC. All I hear from Tradeify and RISE is that the request is escalated. This is my first payout and it has not been a positive experience. This is just another prop firm that scams traders out of their money. As of 04/23/26 it has been 9 days and I have not received the payout. I think that should be an eye opener for those seeking feedback from other traders.
