I currently have an active evaluation running, but i'm completely locked out of my Tradeify dashboard due to an login loop.I signed up using Google Sign-In. Now, from around 5 days ago when I try to log in Tradeify it says me to enter an email and password and I don't have a password because I sign in by Google,But when I click "Forgot Password" , the system tells me "Your account is signed by Google and the password can't be changed." I am in a loop. I have cleared my cache, used Incognito mode, and completely reset my Google permissions. The issue is clearly that Tradeify's database lost my Google link but is still blocking me from making a password and Instead of escalating this to their technical team to manually send a password reset link, support just brushed me off and told me to "contact Google" (which is impossible, Google does not offer tech support for 3rd party website login glitches).🙂 I cannot just make a new account with a new email because this specific email address is linked to my Rise account . I need a manager or someone from technical team to step in, look at my account, and manually send me a password creation link so I can manage my active evaluation before it gets impacted. I will update this review once management actually resolves this.

I was a dummy and reset the WRONG account. Obviously they can't do much but offered me a credit. Very kind of them
