I had a situation that was partly i’d say my fault tbh but I was put in contact with Sinesh and he helped me resolve it without an issue. I recommend Tradeify to anyone that see this

I purchased an evaluation account and have not traded on that account. In less than 24 hours I decided I didn’t want the account anymore and requested a refund. Support told me they were unable to complete my request as there is a no refund policy. I understand if I traded on the account, but I didn’t even touch it. I know some firms that are more lenient with their refund policy and have better rules and pricing. I’m truly disappointed in Tradeify and will not be trading with them again. UPDATE: Tradeify level 2 support fully refunded me after I wrote this review.
