I got my first payout 2 weeks after joining Tradeify, I love their Select Flex plan, the no consistency on the funded stage is awesome. I am on my way to my 2nd payout, and I just need 2 more winning days to get it!

Very difficult to contact customer service. Their AI fights with you and tells you, you don't need their e-mail, and this is their official channel to contact them. The AI answers were incorrect, sent me a list with restricted countries including US. This is hilarious, please not every question could be answered by AI. I am still waiting for their team member to answer my question.

My experience has not been pleasant. After creating an account with funds, I requested a withdrawal, completed the KYC process, and signed the Payment Acceptance Agreement (PAA) with Rise to receive the funds. Tradeify confirmed the payment was sent, but it remained unavailable in my Rise account, even after three business days. I filed a complaint with Tradeify and had not yet received a response. On the fourth day, the Tradeify support team contacted me, resolved the issue, and sent the payment.
