I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I held a Select 50k account which explicitly states no daily loss limit, yet my account was liquidated and blocked the moment I hit -$1,000. Because the firm locked me out of my platform, I was unable to close my active positions. This caused a pending limit order to fill, which triggered a 100% consistency violation—an issue entirely created by the firm's system error. To make matters worse, customer support has been useless. I keep receiving automated bot responses that completely ignore the technical error regarding the loss limit. I will not be using this firm again.

Tradeify support was helpful and responsive. I accidentally forgot to apply the MAY discount code when purchasing my account, and support processed the refund for the missing coupon difference quickly. I haven’t tested the full trading or payout process yet, but my customer service experience so far has been positive.
