Used to be really good. But now like everyone else. they are relying heavily on AI bots for support, so when you have a problem it can't resolve, you are just stuck. My KYC was rejected. No indication as to why. Prior KYCs and payouts were approved. Nothing's changed with me in 20 years. And now I can't submit my payout request. Waiting for 24hrs so far with a ticket and no response. Edit: Received a reply from the vendor stating, "Please respond to the information request we sent you with your account email so we can look into this further." Sounds great. But of course there was no email. And all of the information has already been placed in the ticket and in the Discord, multiple times.

I don't know what took me so long to write this review, but it is definitely long over due. I love this prop firm. I have been trading with them for over 7 months now. I tried trading with many in both forex and futures and there is no single firm anywhere with this level of professionalism, transparency, trader focused support, education, an entertainment. The rules are fair and easy to understand, pricing is on point with regular discounts, and support partners with the traders.
