Listen, I’ll be happy to update this review if an agreement can be made. However, it’s been several days without a reply from support, so here’s my story. I made $7.5k USD through payouts before Tradeify offered to move me to live. However, I realized this move to live was really a way to get me out of the firm. They mentioned how because of my location, I can’t go live therefore instead of giving me my funded accounts back, they closed my accounts I worked so hard for. They couldn’t have warned me about this before? Absolutely ridiculous. The firm is now dodging replies and avoiding my messages, I want a resolution. Either the funded accounts back, or all profits over the $50k balance paid out, which would come out to $3700. For reference, with other firms, like MFF and Toptep, Canadians can trade live. It’s ridiculous how the firm is avoiding accountability, saying they can’t let me trade because now it’s pretty much me taking advantage of them. Super frustrating, was my favourite firm at first but revealed their true colours.

The customer service is incredibly fast — very responsive. I requested my first payout, and even though I had to open a Rise account and link my bank information, the whole process took only a few hours from request to the money appearing in my account. Very reliable and trustworthy prop firm. Highly recommended!

The customer support is very responsive, I had forgotten to put in the promo code before purchasing an account and after reaching out, they sent an email that they will refund me the difference. I’m really pleased by the service. Way easier to communicate with them compared to other firms out there with their bots.
