Had a quick question about my funded account not being able too place a trade . Psalms the customer service guy that helped me made the steps very simple easy . & explained the reasoning behind my account not being able too place a trade . Deserves a promotion

Michael/MFF told me my account did not pass because the market needs more than 23 seconds to prepare to fulfill a limit order. I would rather just get a refund on the account or automatic pass the account. Placed a trade set my TP and SL less than 30 secs later price goes well pass my tp then retraces back pass my entry over the next 2 minutes. In disbelief I gather all screenshots, logs proof needed. Thinking this would be an easy conversation I ran into a NPC called Micahel respectfully of course. Take Profit Trader, TopStep, Alpha Futures are better at simple issues like this, then coming up with every excuse under the sun.
