Yasser was acceptable though your email domain for support is suspicious and I would look at fixing that. Kyle who I was sent to next is a piece of shit and would not help me nor send me to a supervisor when I requested multiple times. I still am having issues. Who can I call to get this fixed?

Skynyrd did not understand my question. I asked what is my starting balance used to calculate consistency but he kept circling to a statement that my consistency was not met. We were not on the same page when I asked about the starting balance. eventually my question was answered when he told me what was the starting balance he was referring to.
