Frank from MyFundedFutures support helped me solve an issue with NinjaTrader/Tradovate market data showing as delayed. The problem was related to the Market Data Subscriber Certification / Uniform Subscriber Agreement. Once it was signed correctly as Non-professional, the data synced and MNQ 06-26 worked properly in NinjaTrader Desktop. Frank was patient, clear, and helpful throughout the process. Good support experience.
