Despite clearly managing risk and placing a $100 stop loss, my account was closed due to a loss of around $150, with no clear technical explanation of how the extra loss occurred. Instead of reviewing the actual trade execution, support repeatedly hid behind legal disclaimers and policy wording, refusing to explain slippage, commissions, or execution details. Every response felt automated and dismissive, with no real effort to investigate the situation fairly. As a trader, especially a scalper, accurate execution and transparency are critical. Unfortunately, MyFundedFutures showed no willingness to analyze individual cases or provide meaningful answers. Their position is simply: “policy says no,” regardless of facts. If a firm refuses to review clear inconsistencies and relies solely on disclaimers to deny responsibility, it raises serious concerns about trust and trader protection. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyFundedFutures to anyone looking for fair treatment or professional support.
