TOUGH LUCK BUDDY, is essentially what support team told me when i came upto them with an issue on my tradovate that didnt breach my account ( soft breach in profit DLL) this happened when neither my stop loss or take profit were filled and the orderes reflected that, showing it wasn't a fault of my own, the platform wouldn't even let me login and despite all this evidence they just go " we cant help u bro" deplorable behavior from this prop firm

Price cheap, Customer service is So good and fast, and support so many platform, You can try this propfirm if you want to try order flow trading but they dont have data level 2, but data level2 you can watch in youtube dont worry
