Trading Rules

News trading is permitted. You may hold trades through news events.

Positions must be closed before market close on Friday. Failure to close positions may result in an automatic breach.

Overnight holding is not permitted. All positions must be closed by end of each trading session (typically 5:00 PM ET for futures).

Hedging is not permitted. You cannot hold opposite positions (long and short) on the same instrument at the same time.

Holding mini and micro contracts at the same time is allowed.

Copy trading is permitted. You may copy trades between your own accounts.

Expert advisors (EAs) and automated trading bots are permitted.

Profit Target

25K Account: 1,500 profit target

50K Account: 3,000 profit target

Maximum Drawdown

25K Account: 1,000

50K Account: 2,000 (default) / 1,500 (with paid add-on)

Type: EOD Trailing. Your maximum drawdown trails up at the end of each trading day based on your highest end-of-day balance. Intraday fluctuations do not affect the drawdown level.

Daily Loss Limit

25K Account: No daily loss limit.

50K Account: 1,000 daily loss limit. If it's hit, trading is stopped for the day but your account is not failed, you can resume trading the next day.

Maximum Contracts

25K Account: 2 mini / 20 micro contracts.

50K Account: 4 mini / 40 micro contracts.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: No consistency rule. You can pass in as few trading days as you like.

Minimum Trading Days: 1 trading day required.

Subscription: Monthly subscription, rebilled every 30 days until you pass. 25K Account: $105/month, current promo $53/month. 50K Account: $125/month, current promo $63/month.
