The company had a lot of potential but miscommunication and random "new policies" without honoring existing contracts has made me reconsider. I have used all the big player prop forms and the one thing that makes a successful prop firm fair practices. I was given false information and led with misinformation. I had a successful journey with this firm for many months until I was given a cooldown period for an undefined period. The undefined period lasted 3 months even though new policies implemented were for 4 weeks. That's ok, I get it as that was a policy for newer customers. Fine. When my time finally came to be able to unlock my account, I was told my existing evaluations that were paused were ineligible 'due to a policy change' and I needed to purchase new accounts. This impacted 7 accounts that were at 50% profit target. Ok even that I let slide. Then was told 'due to new policies' I was ineligible for a refund on those evaluations and I needed to purchase new. Extremely inaccurate communication and unfair practices.

I am a funded trader with Lucid Trading and I am writing this review to document a clear pattern of agent misrepresentation that has directly impacted my trading activity and my finances. Background: When I qualified for live account transition, I was told by Lucid that there was no guaranteed timeline for the live transition. Given that uncertainty, Lucid agents gave me the option to cash out instead of waiting indefinitely. I accepted that option and cashed out. At that point, I was told my accounts would be placed on a cooling period, and once the cooling period ended, my paused accounts — which had NOT been blown — would be automatically reactivated and available to trade again. This was not a vague promise. It was confirmed by multiple agents across multiple support tickets. The Timeline of Broken Promises: March 18, 2026 — Agent Luke (Ticket #84439565) I specifically asked whether my paused accounts would reactivate and whether I needed to take any action. Agent Luke confirmed: "All accounts on cooldown should be active again come April. It should be automatic once the pause is over." I relied on this confirmation and did not purchase new accounts. April 1, 2026 — Agent Bones (Ticket #88296192) When my accounts were still paused on April 1, I followed up. Agent Bones gave me a new specific date: "The actual return date is 4/26. There was some confusion — until we could clear the backlog of live traders, this will allow a smooth transition to returning live traders." Again I waited, relying on this specific date. April 26, 2026 — Agent Rex (Ticket #95851819) On the exact date Bones confirmed — April 26 — Agent Rex informed me for the first time that paused accounts cannot be reactivated and I would need to purchase entirely new accounts to continue trading. This directly contradicts everything I was told across two prior tickets by two different agents. The Retaliation: When I filed a formal complaint documenting this misrepresentation, my account was blocked from making any purchases on the same day — with the message: "This account or IP has been blocked from making purchases. Please contact support." I have full exported transcripts of all three support conversations documenting every promise made. I followed Lucid's own agents' instructions at every step. I cashed out instead of waiting for live transition based on their advice. I waited through the cooling period based on their specific promises. I waited until April 26 based on their specific date confirmation. Now I am being told none of it applies, I need to buy new accounts, and I cannot even make purchases because my account has been blocked — on the same day I filed a complaint. I have three documented support transcripts. I acted in good faith at every step. Lucid Trading did not. Traders considering Lucid Trading should be aware that agent promises — even specific ones with specific dates — may not be honored, and that filing a complaint may result in your account being blocked. I will update this review if Lucid Trading resolves this matter fairly and honors what their agents specifically promised me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lucid. I’ve encountered significant discrepancies between my actual trading outcomes and what is recorded in their logs. For instance, I closed a position with an $810 loss, but the platform recorded a $1,108.50 loss. Even worse, a winning NQ trade that was closed in profit (+$40) was registered as a loss on their dashboard. When I contacted support (NightLock), I was given a generic script about 'market conditions' and told that no refunds are possible once a trade is placed—even if the platform’s data is clearly incorrect. It feels like the system is rigged to inflate losses. If you can't trust the PnL shown on your screen, you can't trade professionally. I requested a refund for my last two accounts due to these technical failures, but they refused to take responsibility. Be very careful before putting your money here. The execution logs do not match reality.

So I had a system issue on Tradesea and this company refuses to fix anything lost 4 accounts and they refuse to do anything to fix the issue when it’s clearly their fault. Don’t trust this scamming company. They will gladly take your money but when you have an issue customer service is horrible.
