Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Still cannot resolve a simple matter with payouts waiting 1 whole day! The bot ID verification prior is another nightmare so many errors very bad time waster.

1/5 – Disappointed as a New Customer

I signed up with Lucid Trading as a brand new customer and immediately ran into a glitch caused by one of their products. I reached out to support, provided clear evidence of the issue, and expected at least some form of assistance or rectification. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive, and they offered no solution whatsoever—despite the problem clearly being on their side. In an industry with an increasing number of competitors, you’d expect companies to go the extra mile to build trust with new customers. A simple gesture of goodwill could have turned this into a positive experience and kept me as a potential long-term client. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and undervalued. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend using Lucid Trading. Customer care appears lacking when issues arise, even for first-time users.

I am very disappointed with Lucid

I am very disappointed with Lucid. I believed it was an honest and transparent company, and I still don't understand why I have to pay again for something I already paid for. Was there an internal error in your system, or is the company simply not worth partnering with? Very sad.
