They lied about lucid black account! Be aware.

They lied about lucid black account! They literally say on the site there's no daily drawdown but max drawdown of 2k while in trade it closed it out and said I reached 1200 limit ummmm there shouldn't be a limit as stated on website but 2k to lose and acct is gone. I consider this false advertisement. I will continue to reach out to every known source to make it know until you correct this on your site. i won't stop.

Every account that I get with this firm…

Every account that I get with this firm seems to be some sort or manipulation with the charts while trading! Ghost orders being filled and screen flashing on and off!

LAG on Tradovate & AJ bashing people on discord !

Today, I lost two accounts due to Tradovate lag, the cloud not closing trades, and the platform being frozen for 15 seconds to 3 minutes or more. The response from Lucid was: "We recommend pausing your trading until the issue is fully resolved to avoid unnecessary loss (lol oh yeah nice recommendation)" I will not go further with this company, their CEO AJ (full metal jacket) seems to claim that all those who ask for compensation for technical issues are plain retards. Well..kudos for him ! Bonne chance MF ! ps: I reserve my right to addres this message IF somehow this company will make adjustements to their decision (i would not hold my breath tho)

Lucid Support is terrible and rigid. Terrible firm

I had a great experience with Lucid Trading until a recent outage impacted gold and silver trades overnight. It resulted in losses and Lucid did not properly communicate the outage to customers. As a result, I was unaware, recouped the losses and now significantly exceeded the consistency rules. Lucid refuses to correct the issue, even though the rule violation is entirely as a result of their neglectful communication, which they acknowledge. Unfortunately, their feedback is solely "We are unable to adjust the account" and have not provided any helpful support. Overall, horrible experience and this is a typical prop firm seeking to fatten their pockets, rather than provide customers with a good user experience.
