Inactivity policy states there is a 30 day inactivity rule where they will send warning emails after 20 and 25 days. No emails was ever received to warn me about this, if I had received these emails I would not have breached the policy. For context I had 2 evals that I bought during the sales in December and wanted to take my time with passing each account rather than trading 2 together. They contradict their own policy, and steal your money.

This is an update after waiting 8 days for a response from LucidTrading’s support. And somehow, the situation became even worse. After their official Lucid AI chatbot gave me completely incorrect instructions about the Consistency Rule during an active trade, I lost my chance to meet the payout requirements. I paid $2,600 for accounts – literally my last funds – and relied on their system to give accurate information. The bot clearly told me multiple times: recovering a drawdown does NOT affect the Consistency Rule, consistency applies only once the account goes above the starting balance, and odrabianie strat doesn’t increase payout requirements. Based on this, I held my position instead of closing it safely at +$1,200 to avoid breaking consistency. The result? My Consistency Requirement exploded from around $9,000 to almost $20,000, making a payout essentially impossible. Later, support told me that consistency is always calculated from the largest winning day, contradicting everything their AI had explained in detail. That alone is already unacceptable. But here comes the “update” part: After 8 days of silence from support, this is how they responded: “Answer to what? Your problem is something the AI told you.” “Scroll up, it says the AI can sometimes be wrong.” No apology. No solution. Just blaming the customer for trusting the company’s own official chatbot. And then they marked my ticket as RESOLVED—without resolving anything. To make matters worse, my Drawdown was suddenly increased from 145k to 150k, which further increased my risk of losing the account, and this change happened after the problematic trade, when my account was already in trouble because of their misinformation. In short: I paid $2,600 Their official AI gave me incorrect and misleading instructions I relied on that guidance during a live trade It destroyed my payout eligibility They increased my DD from 145k to 150k, worsening my situation Support ignored me for 8 days Then replied with disrespect and blamed me for trusting their own tool And closed the ticket themselves without fixing anything I cannot recommend LucidTrading to anyone. If a company charges upfront, provides incorrect trading-rule guidance through its own systems, and then refuses to take responsibility—this is not professional and certainly not trustworthy. There are many prop firms in the market. Be very careful choosing this one.

LucidTrading – very negative experience and a serious warning for others. I spent $2,600, literally my last funds, on a package of accounts. The entire situation turned into a complete disaster solely because of the incorrect, clearly false information provided by their official Lucid AI chatbot during an active position. My question was simple and crucial: Does recovering a drawdown in a single day affect the Consistency Rule? The chatbot answered several times, very clearly, that it does not, that consistency is only calculated after the account goes above the starting balance, and that recovering the drawdown does not increase the payout requirements. I trusted this information — it came from a tool created and provided by the company itself. Had I received the correct answer, I would have closed the position at +$1,200/+1,400 and the account would be perfectly fine. The result? After the trades, my Consistency Requirement suddenly jumped from around $9,000 to nearly $20,000, which makes a payout practically impossible and renders the account useless. And that’s not all. My DD (drawdown limit) was also increased from 145k to 150k, which automatically raised the risk of losing the account much faster. I had no control over this change, and it was applied after the fact — exactly when my account was already in a difficult situation caused directly by the chatbot’s incorrect guidance. And one more thing that speaks for itself regarding the quality of their support: ⛔ Support has not responded for over 7 days, neither to the ticket nor to follow-ups. ⛔ They received full screenshots, full transcript, timestamps. ⛔ No reaction, no explanation, no help at all. To summarize — completely honestly: • the chatbot provided critically incorrect information, • which caused me to lose the real possibility of a payout, • my DD was increased from 145k to 150k, making the account even riskier, • I spent my last money — $2,600, • and the company has been silent for a week, even though the issue is directly caused by their own system. I cannot recommend LucidTrading to anyone. If a company charges upfront, and then allows their own systems to mislead customers with zero accountability and zero support — that is neither professional nor fair. Of course I have screenshots from the chat so I can proof any of my words.

Only Read the 1 Star reviews on Trustpilot for Lucid. Avoid them! They openly admitted to not sending me any 20 day email notifications in violation of their own policies. Lucid will delete your account and take your money even if it is funded if you don't place a trade and take a vacation. They falsely advertise no time limit. Protect your money choose another company.
