i would have rated zero if i could 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 after the tradovate issue my account was like crazy profit target was changed and things like that i tried trading 1,2 micro pips was like 500,600$ it was crazy i been talking to support they reply in 2,3 days once and unclear answer no solved problems too.By the way they marked my issue was solved .Very very bad bad i trusted this firm. Been more than 2 weeks response times is very bad in2,3 days no problem solved i hate this firm i have proof i show them but no unclear and they haven’t responded in 4 days now.

If I could give 1 star I would

If I could give 1 star I would. Tradovate had an issue and closed my position early before 4:45pm EST and I have addressed this to their chat bot - human agent - Anish. He claimed that it is my fault and they could not do anything about it. Did not have any prove as well that it is my fault and halfway through the chat he ghosted me. This company is a scam. They do not help when there is a system issue. Please stay away.

They engage in manipulative practices and social engineering. Such a dishonest firm, I will never do business with a firm who engages in social engineering, especially because their intent was to mislead consumers. There will be lawsuits in the USA and Europe you can be damn sure of that. Consumer rights have obviously been infrenged and they will pay.

They modified my trade data after the market closed changing my profit and loss significantly despite not breaking any rules in order to skew my account trading statistics. They wouldn’t resolve the issue after explaining the situation hoping for a fair review. Got nothing but them closing the disputes. thanks Rick
