I open my 50k account jan 30th '26 from the getgo issues with loggin, no customer support, one time I got customer support from tradovate but they told me I have to contact Lucid, the only way is their bot and the bots answer is always "read all these articles" i can tell that all these positive reviews are fake bought reviews because finally by Feb 10th, I got locked out of the system and no customer support to help me out, So I call my credit card company and disputed the initial charge, lucids comeback was sending me an email saying that they closed my account for fraudulent reasons and the list of reasons was "charged back! felt like a spoiled teenagers run the micky mouse operation.

Lucid website is really annoying. Most of the time it just does not open. If it opens I can not purchase new accounts. If somehow it processes new account purchase, new account takes forever to appear. This happens almost everyday while market is open and everything else is working fine.

Scam Prop. I had a terrible experience with Lucid. I placed trades on their platform (MGC contract month). The system allowed order entry and fills. After that, my account suddenly hit Max Daily Loss / liquidation, and I lost my evaluation accounts (100K and 50K) from the same issue. When I contacted support, I spoke to Anish (and earlier Kaushik). Both were rude and dismissive. Instead of investigating, they repeatedly said “we can’t do anything” because I used an “expired/incorrect contract,” while also admitting that Tradovate/TradingView shows all contracts and it’s on me to choose. Here’s the problem: if certain contract months are not permitted, Lucid should block them at order entry or clearly warn inside the platform. Letting customers trade, then refusing support afterward is unacceptable. I asked for basic things any serious firm should provide: • the written rule/link showing which contract months are allowed • the full audit trail (order IDs, timestamps, fills) • the risk limit calculation showing why Max Daily Loss triggered • escalation to a supervisor/risk manager They did not provide a proper investigation or documentation. Until Lucid enforces contract-month restrictions before trades can be placed and provides transparent audit logs when accounts are impacted, I cannot recommend them. They are pure scam.
