After the way the CEO handled the tradeovate outage on Friday when every other firm came to an immediate resolution we were kept in the dark & still not resolved to this day….THIS IS NOT THE FIRM YOU WANT TO CHOOSE THE PROCESS IS TERRIBLE CHOOSE A BETTER FIRM ‼️

Refund + scamming propfirm

So after I have exposed issues, and propfirm behavior. On the server the mods didnt take my inquiry seriously, I have insisted about my account activation they refused. Took 10 hours to activate my account 6 to reply to my ticket (they said max 4h on their site -> 2 hour on top of the 4 hours said). After I have insisted I got clowned on and then I got banned. Not only they got mad issues to fix (which they do not care), they are also banning people that complain.

Bad propfirm

Bad propfirm. Unserious. Have paid for account, no receipt, no account credentials. People on discord troll, mods are unserious they dont treat you well. Take 10 hours to reply (site says 4 max). They do not give me acc credentials and no one helps. If you request help from the mods adn staff on the server by tagging them you get automatic warn. Why the ef are they there then ?

Absolutely Absent Customer Support - No One is Home

Started a LucidFlex account, 50k. All good. Passed the eval, all good. Booked my first winning day -- all good. Suddenly, a notice appears in my dashboard to "contact support". My account wasn't locked, fully active. I contact support. They give me no answers, just tell me that the compliance team has to review my account which can take 1-2 business days. That was the last I heard from "support". I asked why? No answer. Thursday close of business came. Friday, my account was still active, I traded it. Booked winning day number 2 out of 5 to get paid. Messaged support again. No answer. Gave it a few hours. Messaged again --- no answer. 1.5 business days passed and we're into the weekend with no answer. TBH, it has been awhile since I passed an eval for any prop, so I was pretty happy. But this immediate head game to start out with while using this company was uncalled for. It is now Friday afternoon, no answer. Likely going to just dispute the charge and end my relationship with this company. They simply do not give AF about responding to people.

The company that doesn't refund its clients due to account termination is a fraud company and with all respect to the core of your existence. CEO AJ look after your business brother.. denied payouts and technical issues that could not get resolved, Lucid company failed to showup legacy, termination of accounts with no reason plus no refunds, your rules are ridiculous the company is robbing unintentionally? That is a fact instead of encouraging the youth " traders to grow and learn and make a living on that and keeping them on track.. AJ don't do that please the abundance is you. withnorelyingontradersplease A company’s legacy is built on how it treats its clients, particularly when the uncertainty and issues arise.. not considering them as a threat I just do not understand.
