My experience with Lucid Trading has been extremely disappointing. I had trades lagging significantly during execution, which already put me at a disadvantage. On top of that, they went ahead and closed my trades without justification. I did not violate any rules, and I was trading fully within their stated guidelines. To make matters worse, my account was breached, and instead of receiving proper support or resolution, I was left dealing with the consequences. At that point, I decided to close everything with them. For a prop firm, trust and execution reliability are essential. Unfortunately, Lucid Trading failed on both fronts in my case. I would strongly advise traders to be cautious. If you’re looking for a more reputable prop firm, I would recommend staying with Topstep instead. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I have been requesting support for the past 15 hours but have not received any response yet. This issue is urgent as I am unable to access my $50K account due to the wrong email being registered. I need immediate assistance. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I will update my rating and feedback based on how this issue is handled and whether it gets resolved quickly. Started giving me hedging violations although i was only trading one account at a time. When i pressed for a review they said no reviews are possible of their automated system. I guess you cant do scalping with them.

I’ve encountered numerous issues with the Quantower platform, especially with copy trading on the NQ. I provided videos showing ghost orders, positions disappearing from my trading screen, and trades that wouldn’t close. By the time I switch over to Rithmic to manually exit the positions, the NQ can already cause significant losses. For context, I trade with four accounts simultaneously. I asked for an explanation, but they didn’t even open a support ticket. Their response was that individual cases are not taken into consideration. That’s their policy; I accept it and continue working in silence.
