Lucid Trading

This is the best prop firm with almost 0 issues and quite a good set of indexed documentation. I believe the support must be sitting idle most of the time without work. Edit - the platform being awesome but the payout platform WorkMarket is the worst. In this day and age where money moves in under 10 mins they need a week minimum with the worst support and zero transperancy of where the payout is. I might not return unless they have other platform available. Please figure this out with WorkMarket.

Really not great if your a good trader caps on payouts 5 days each payout cycle the days till profit is wired to no matter if your account is in overall profit you still need to make profit

I bought 5 accounts from Lucid Trading. After I received an email saying my accounts were READY to trade on Tradovate, I started trading. I saw a setup, entered a trade, and everything looked fine and I was in profit. Then suddenly, all of my accounts were closed at once because of some kind of error. I have video proof. (I record my trades.) I spent several hours with their support trying to solve it, but they basically dismissed me. No explanation that made sense, no compensation, nothing. In the end I lost around $400 just on the accounts themselves. EDIT: After posting this review and spending a week dealing with support, they reinstated my accounts as a huge favor. I was able to pass them and received my payout. For that reason, I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Lucid is okay, but nothing more than okay.. Support is kind and helpful, dashboard is live and cool but the server lags a lot, I have good internet connection and everything needed but the chart keeps getting blocked every 10min and also the payment service is weird, after I purchased the challenge, no money was taken out of my bank, I notified the support team and they confirmed that they recieved the payment and that If my bank didn't take me money then it's a bonus for me, so I used that money for something else. To my surprise 3days later Lucid tells me that my account activity is blocked because I had some payment issues, well, By then I've already lost the challenge and burned the account, I was about to pay the reset when this came on. So thank god I didn't continue trading with them.. Overall I see that they try to develop and everything but for now they're still far away.
