Hedging policy

They had created a new automatic hedging tracker that flags account for hedging. I have always used tradovate group order and had never run into this issue until this prop firm. I was trading a total of 3 accounts, 2 of them were in a group order for shorts and the other one in shorts as well. I come to find out in that group order on of them open a position for longs. Without any warning or email detailing this, profits for the whole day is wiped. I continuously submitted a support ticket explaining this and they refused to show me the trades for the 2 account that can prove this error. Also when you blow an account, it is automatically removed from tradovate and dashboard so I can no longer get those trade report myself. Why would I violate a policy I know full well of the consequences. They will give you no grace, you're better off going to another prop firm as they have increasingly making it harder to make a payout and will find any reason on earth to continuously add new rules to do so. Support is also getting worse and taking longer to respond.

absolutely terrible customer support! they dont acknowledge what you say and put their words over yours! im truly dissapointed with this company and expected more! a technical issue on YOUR end being blamed on me is not my fault. and the fact that im not getting helped is ridiculous

Using Lucid with their new Tradesea

Using Lucid with their new Tradesea. Not a great experience. Massive slippage on accounts. Delayed data with entries. Got into a short position and the entry was 15pts higher than what I expected. Was up 1.8k straight away! When I exited after I found it to be wrong I was liquidated and -2.3k. First customer experience, not a great one. Will see how they respond to my email to see if will be using them again in the future.
