Lucid Trading

absolut horrible. waiting for 10 hours and galaxy responds to another trade and closes the chat like we are dogs and i didnt just pay them. very unprofessinal and sketchy new platform closing my trde before stop loss was hit.

My accounts were placed in paused status on January 23 after one account reached the 6th payout. Since then, all of my funded and evaluation accounts have remained disabled. It is now March 2, and there is still no indication of when they will be reactivated. I have emailed the risk manager several times for clarification, but have not received further responses. As a trader who has completed multiple payouts, I would expect clearer guidance and more consistent communication. The ongoing uncertainty makes it very difficult to plan.

Bought an eval, but found out that Lucid has a list as long as your arm of "restricted countries", and if you're either a citizen or a resident of any of them, you aren't allowed to use Lucid's services. Understood that you might want to prevent money laundering and might not want to provide services to residents of countries that are clearly not desirable. However, I reside in a non-restricted country (have for the past five years ) and don't want to renounce my citizenship of the country of my birth (an African country, which is the greatest nation on earth). It seems that ALL African countries are "restricted" countries (no matter how sophisticated and well-governed they are, both politically and from a regulatory perspective). Everyone is shouting from the rooftops about how fantastic Lucid is. I just think they're a bunch of racist bigots. Another thing - while I was using the eval (before I became aware of the fact that my money is not good enough for them because of where I was born) I did have a couple of technical queries. Found their support staff to be grumpy and brusque (on 3 out of 3 queries).

I was in a 50k challenge. Made almost the entire profit, the target missed like 300 bucks. I enter a trade after my analysis, the price hit take profit and boom, only 2 out of 40 contract were closed. The price immediately exploded in the other direction burning my challenge. I contacted support and they didn't even answer. The pricing still good tho

Dissapointed with their recent handling of an outage with tradovate. Every single other prop firm with tradovate fixed the issue same day yet Lucid has taken over a week to respond to support tickets and still used AI or Copy Paste to respond to them. Leaving lucid, very disappointed by the way they handled everything.
