I purchased an instant funded account…

I purchased an instant funded account and was told activation would take 2–5 minutes, or up to 15 minutes during market hours. It has now been almost 24 hours and my account is still not active. The payment shows as confirmed, yet there has been zero communication or explanation for the delay. If you advertise near-instant activation, you need to actually deliver on that promise. Very frustrating experience so far. I expected a smooth process, especially when time matters in trading. Hoping this gets resolved soon, but first impressions have not been good.

Scam no refunds for over a month

After buying a challenge only to realise that i couldnt trade with them cause im nigerian. I requested for a refund. They said itll take 5 businessdays , the. Another two business days and now they no longer answer emails. When i asked for the evidence of refund to send to my bank.. they couldnt provide any evidence whatsoever. Ill not only write this here.. i go to all your influencers promoting this rubbish and keep telling everyone the truth untill i get my money complete!

Profits Removed Without Warning

I was unjustly penalized for what appears to have been a technical error. My profits were removed and my account was breached without any prior notice or opportunity to respond. The handling of this situation lacked transparency and basic communication, especially given the financial impact of removing legitimately earned profits. Actions like this raise serious concerns about fairness and whether traders are truly being treated in good faith. When a firm can simply erase profits without warning, it creates the impression that protecting their bottom line matters more than supporting their traders.

Seriously ???

they have website issues below is my email to lucid Based on my evidence I would either like a refund or my account reset. Attached you will find screenshots of where my bank paid lucid for 2 resets 2/19/26 and 2/20/26 ( see screen shots ) but my account for 2/20/26 purchase was not reset I encountered an error that the Lucid page wouldn't load ( see screen shot) when I could get back in my account was NOT reset and not refund … I have contacted your support team multiple times with my screen shots from my account proving that Lucid was in fact paid by my bank and I even called my bank to verify they said that Lucid was in fact PAID for the purchase on 2/20 but yet I never received a reset or a refund and all screen shots were attached I sent this with screen shots confirming my point that their website glitched and I did NOT get a reset or a refund .... being that Lucid is an company based in the United States maybe an email to the S.E.C. is the next step
