unresponsive support

I had a problem and was unable to properly purchase an account. I contacted support and only received a response about 10 hours later. The agent replied without fully listening to my explanation and immediately closed the chat. Since then, it has been over 24 hours, and I have not been able to reach support again. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

USAF Military Veteran / Tax Payer: It is unfortunate that I must give Lucid a negative rating. I am a military veteran. I have been attempting to obtain my 1099 for 2025 taxes from Lucid for several weeks with no resolution. They may pay fast, but per IRS compliance they do not make sure their customer has what is required by law.

horrible firm and this is what happens when a new firm blows up to quickly, support falls of and things turn into chaos tradesea is a horrible platform they dropped it early so traders can blow accounts with all the glitches they have. please do not use lucid until they fix their support, this is why new firms are the worst because alot of issues start happening with them, support wait time is over 5 hours now used to be within minutes.
