Extremely disappionted with lucid…

Extremely disappointed with lucid trading. It has been over five hours since i purchase my account, yet it remains inactive. I attempted to contract support and have been waiting for over two hours without single response. As a paying customer, I expect timely activation and a basic level of communication, neither of which is being provided. I really should have stayed the course. My strategy is delivering solid payout across #MACR0T0RY #LAB0RAT0RIES and other platform right now, but i lost time by splitting my focus. My situation would look much different today if I'd just kept my eyes on the goal.

It has now been 44 days (January 23 – March 8) and there is still no sign of account reactivation. All accounts are "Paused". I emailed the risk manager several times, but he has stopped replying.

Tradesea Platform is Garbage

Firm offered a trading platform that was still in Beta testing - which is fine. But firm charges real money for accounts that are traded on that platform. Platform is buggy, unresponsive, and untradeable- due to still being in Beta testing - but firm will not accept accountability to make accounts whole for losses sustained due to platform issues. I expected better from them

Could not close an order and Support blames tradingview platform.

Trading with tradingview via trovate with lucid. Could not close my trade and böow the account. Not even limit stop went through. And now they are blaming tradingview for not being reliable source to trade on.
