I called up to live but my accounts were before the new live program so they gave me the option for a one time opt out lump sum and then after a 4 week cool off then I could try to make it to the new live program. The staff was very helpful and it has been such a great experience for me. The lump sum even showed up in my bank account a day before they said it would.
