Hi this i purchased a 50k pro account

Hi this i purchased a 50k pro account. This morning when I was trying to start trading my account, all the orders kept rejecting. I tried to place orders several times to see if it was my laptop or if there was an issue with the trading account. I was never entered in any trades. However, now I go in to my dashboard and the account appears breached. I have reached out to the chat two times earlier today but nothing is resolved. I stated using Lucid because I have friends that also use it and recommended it to me. I repeat, I have not been able to trade this account. I have another eval currently with Lucid that I have no issues with. I am reaching out again, in hopes of solving this. I believe it’s unfair for me to paid over $100 dollars and just not be able to use what I paid for. I attached screenshots of the rejection captures when I was trying to use this account. Hade • 9h

Charged for a Lucid Flex account but never received the evaluation – banned after following support instructions

I had been a loyal customer of Lucid Trading and recently on 20th January,2026 attempted to purchase a $50k Lucid Flex evaluation account. What happened: • The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the evaluation account was never created or delivered to me. • I contacted Lucid support, and they informed me that the payment had not been received on their end. • They advised me to wait and see if the payment would be automatically refunded, and if it did not, they suggested that I contact my bank. • After waiting and still not receiving the refund, I followed their advice and contacted my bank, which initiated a chargeback investigation. • Now, more than a month later, I received an email from Lucid stating that I am banned from trading on their platform because I initiated a chargeback.and note it that I still haven't gotten my money back. This is extremely unfair because: The money was debited from my account I never received the evaluation account Lucid support themselves told me to contact the bank Now I am being banned for following their instructions I have full proof of payment, emails with support, and proof that no evaluation account was issued. I am simply requesting a fair resolution for the payment that was taken without delivering the service.

I had a great first time experience but

I had a great first time experience with lucid but the issue with Tradovate shutting down in trades needs to be handled I was in a trade and my trade was unable to be closed , moved , nothing I love lucids rules price , and just overall , but this has happens three times now and today led to my account being breached. I just feel there should be some kind of compensation due to the fact that I’ve dealt with it numerous times , and from here on understand the risk that comes with it and maybe try a different broker within lucid
