No solutions, just excuses

They have no problem taking your money, but the moment you face an issue with KYC, you can forget about it. They claim they can't do anything to help, meaning no refunds and no payouts. Be careful, as your funds might get stuck indefinitely.

Sketchy platform, terrible support

Terrible support, they give you a response and close the chat before you can respond. Platforms like tradesea slip you in every entry & sl. Solid prices though if you're willing to work around that stuff

Don’t Trade Too Well, You Might Get Banned

I got banned for using a strategy that thousands of traders use. Apparently, on the Lucid platform, you’re not allowed to trade with commonly used strategies. It seems they prefer you to blindly click buy or sell without any real system behind it. If someone happens to open a similar position at the same time, or if your take profit matches someone else’s, you risk getting automatically banned. That’s not a fair or transparent way to run a trading platform. To me, this feels like just another prop firm running into issues and taking it out on their users.

Koushik sucks!! Prop firm sucks!!

I was wrongfully accused of hedging my accounts, in which they then terminated all of them. Furthermore, I had proof of my orders clearly showing I didn’t hedge and Koushik the support guy did nothing to help me and did not show anything at all, he even closed my ticket without responding to me. Very unprofessional

They banned me after they scammed me for 2 of my resets account I never received and no refund. I told them I would leave a negative review and then they banned my account.
