I dislike how long it takes for a love agent to respond to a message or ticket inquiry.

tradeovate issue affected my account took a few days to basically say they are not resetting my freshly purchased account which instantly within literally one second was breached going long on gold price dropped maybe 6 pips i had no idea cme was down i work fulltime as an electrician i do love that the prices are reasonable no activation fee but can only imagine from this transaction how hard they will avoid paying had i been on the wining side of that outage im sure they would have disputed that too overall 3 stars

Its actually 5 star but am giving 3 star because them did a big shit thing to me. I bought nq and then suddenly tradovate server error poped out, i couldnt exit the positions which i was inmy target came but i could exit, i texted the support but they couldnt do anything. once the issue resolved my runnign P/L was 544 dollars, they shuld cancel or shouldnt consider that order but they didnt do anything and said it was my mistake!
