Lucid Trading

Lucid has banned me with some BS. After payout being approved on 16th, I hit another 5 days of profit and immediately on the 4th day, they put my account on hold so I couldn't request another payout. After 72 hours, they emailed me saying their compliance team has identified activity on my account that does not meet their internal risk and compliance requirements without further explanations and proof of violation. And 10 days passed, they still haven't transferred funds from my first payout request... After dealing with their support and waiting so long, I knew they were going to come up with something like this to not get me paid so i kinda gave up on Lucid. They mentioned here high risk, my max profit in a day was 2400$ when I hit a home run on NQ on 13th and my max loss was 1200$. I never opened more than 2mini, 15 micro contracts. I never breached my account so my risk wasn't above 2k(50k flex no DLL, only MLL - 2000$) which I PAID FOR SO I COULD RISK THIS MONEY AND EARN. Don't use them if you don't want to be in my situation

After Tradovate had an issue where it did not show the position I had just opened, I assumed the trade did not go through, after a couple minutes of waiting I came to the surprise that the position was opened and closed for a huge loss, no idea who closed it and how was it opened but it did not appear on my "positions". After this happened, I messaged support and this is what they answered: Hello, this is Dorian with Lucid Trading Support. Our assessment is limited to what can be objectively demonstrated through the trade logs and supporting data. We do not evaluate or adjust for trading outcomes, nor for dissatisfaction with results that are otherwise valid and properly recorded. Adjustments are only considered in cases involving confirmed, widespread platform issues, verified via data-feed and platform-provider confirmation. No such issue has been identified in this instance. As all activity has been validated and no qualifying issues are present, there is no action to take at this time. Oh and to make it even better, as soon as Dorian sent me that message (basically a F you message), he ended chat, did not even had time to respond . Avoid this company at all costs, also, their customer support is the worst I have ever seen.

Lucid Trading accused me of copy trading with zero written rule to back it up. Their own published rules tell a very different story. Their FAQ explicitly states that automated strategies and third-party trade copiers are permitted. Multiple traders using the same volume-based strategy from the same trading community producing similar trade timestamps is not copy trading — it’s what automation does when people share a methodology. That distinction is not subtle. The conduct Lucid actually prohibits includes latency arbitrage, cross-account hedging, account sharing, and multi-account collusion — none of which applies to my situation. After 2-3 days of waiting, the only response I received was an attempt to pin a copy trading violation on me rather than addressing the facts. I have met every single one of their requirements — consistency rules, profit targets, account balance — and I am being blocked from a payout I legitimately earned. To make it worse, the traders whose accounts looked “similar” to mine are people I personally recruited to Lucid — 10 to 20 new paying customers. The reward for that loyalty was a baseless accusation deployed at the exact moment I qualified for withdrawal. I genuinely want to like this firm. The platform is solid, the payout structure is competitive, and I believed in what they were building enough to refer a significant portion of my trading group. If Lucid does the right thing — drops this unfounded accusation, honors my payout, and clarifies their rules so independent traders using shared strategies aren’t blindsided — I will update this review accordingly. Terrible customer service. They emailed me about an issue with my accounts. I provided them video evidence, trading logs and trade screen shots, and they wouldn't even look at them. All I got was canned responses and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was denied. I thought this was supposed to be a good firm. I guess I was wrong.

Their support system is a mess. No replies. I have been double billed for 25k account. No resolution, no replies in the live chat . Not able to trade in EUR and GBP futures even though data covers it. Very bad and frustrating. I wish they see this and at least contact me
