I had a very concerning experience with Lucid Trading’s affiliate program. I joined in June 2025 and was approved without any issues, even though my country of residence (Vietnam) was clearly stated. Everything worked normally for months. In January 2026, I generated around $100,000 in commissions through real referrals. Then suddenly: I was asked to complete KYC My country was not available for verification Support informed me that Vietnam is a restricted country My account was terminated immediately All commissions were removed without payout There was: No warning at signup No restriction during operation No compliance check before earning Only after generating significant revenue. This raises serious concerns about fairness. I am also in contact with multiple affiliates from Vietnam who experienced the exact same issue. I am currently requesting a resolution from their team and will update this review if they handle it professionally. Until then, affiliates should be cautious.

Extremely disappointed with Lucid Trading. During the high-volatility window at 21:59 UTC+8, their server experienced a massive 5-minute execution lag. I tried placing 1 contract with a Stop Loss, but the UI repeatedly showed "FAILED" notifications. Based on this feedback, I thought no orders were live. 5 minutes later, the server suddenly "woke up" and filled all the failed attempts at once, blowing my account. What’s worse is the support. Agent "Logan" ignored the fact that the server provided FALSE feedback and just kept repeating "use a different app." I used the same TradingView connection on Topstep at the exact same time and it worked perfectly. This is a Lucid-specific server issue, not a 3rd party app issue. If you value your capital, be careful. They will blame the "client" instead of fixing their own execution bridge. I am still waiting for a fair account restoration.

On two separate occasions I went long and they instantly filled me with once 10k USD Minus even though the market went up and then with 23K minus. The market didnt even move down a tiny bit, let alone enough to make me lose that amount. Needless to say they didnt do shit to help and just tell you to mail the trading platform. They dont accept accountability. They fill slowly and its weird that suddenly everybody says Lucid is the best even though its not.

The system simply did not let me close my orders, which directly resulted in my account being blown. What makes this worse is the response from support. They acknowledged that TradingView can have delays and reliability issues, but still refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed me for using TradingView — even though it is a platform they support. There were also multiple users reporting similar issues at the same time, so this was clearly not an isolated case. Closing my account due to a platform execution issue, and then refusing to even properly review or resolve it, is extremely unprofessional. Be careful using this firm, especially if you are trading through TradingView.

Lucid is engaging in deceptive practices. My payout was approved on the 16th, and I continued trading profitably for several more days. However, on the fourth day, my account was suddenly placed on hold, preventing me from requesting another payout. After 72 hours, I received an email from their compliance team stating that my account showed “activity that does not meet internal risk and compliance requirements.” No specific explanation or evidence was provided. It has now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received the funds from my initial payout request. From my side, my trading was well within the allowed risk parameters: Maximum daily profit: $2,400 (on NQ) Maximum loss: $1,200 Position size never exceeded 2 mini or 15 micro contracts Total risk stayed within the $2,000 limit on a $50K account This is a level of risk I explicitly paid for. After dealing with support and waiting this long, it feels like they are using vague compliance reasons to avoid paying out. I’ve lost trust in the platform. I would strongly advise caution before using them if you want to avoid a similar situation.
