This is my 2nd review on Lucid but I…

This is my 2nd review on Lucid but I posted it because it keeps impressing me everytime , made over 10 payouts so far and everytime it takes less than 5 mins to arrive on workmarket balance , the dashboard is amazing , interactive and most nicely immediately allows you to progress to funded account once profit target and minimum days are hit no need to wait for EOD. Thanks Lucid for providing trader-friendly prop and please keep it up guys

Customer Service Issue

Had an issue with Tradovate. Apparently, the “system” said I hedged positions. I never do this, so there was some confusion. I came to them with this problem twice and they shrugged it off and never reviewed it. They reset TWO of my accounts I was almost about to pass. Then, I reset one account I had blown and I ONLY use Tradovate. When I bought the account, for some reason, it was rithmic. They continued to ignore this and would not even discuss a refund with me. Finally, another issue with Tradovate caused one of my positions to not close (which I was up). Then Tradovate lagged and went black. Then, I lost the funded account with nothing. After all this, they wouldn’t even get me anything for my trouble or their lack of effort to help me in the beginning. They have been doing some shady things. When something isn’t necessarily my fault, I still pay for it. But when something clearly is theirs, you still pay for it.
