Completely scammed out of my a winning day nearly $2000. They just erased it from my dash board at the end of the day, and no communication why. I've been trading for 2 years this has never happened to me. AND my Max Loss Limit was raised so i had $200 of drawdown left. AND before this they limted my 50k fundeds to 2 Minis, WHEN IT SAYS 4 ON THE WEBSITE. dont use this firm. I have every single screeshot and all the proof.

I had a funded account with a winning day of $1,750 and was 1 day away from a payout. I then login to the next day and the winning day from yesterday was completely gone. YET MY MAXIMUM LOSS LIMIT HAD RAISED SO I HAD ALMOST NO DRAWDOWN TO TRADE. I emailed the support and to ask what happened I was completely ghosted. I needed this money to pay for my bills. I got COMPLETELY SCAMMED and I didnt break any rules. DO NOT TRADE THIS FIRM!!!!

I'm honestly shocked they have a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot. Either I'm the unluckiest person alive or half those reviews are fake. I've been going back and forth with their support about KYC verification. It keeps failing. Every single time I write to them, I get the same message – "just keep trying until you see the retry option." That's it. No actual help, no one looking into it, nothing. I sent them screenshots showing it's clearly broken. Their reply? The exact same copy-paste answer again. It's like no one is actually reading what I'm saying. At some point you expect a real company to step in and manually verify you. Not these guys. They just repeat themselves and hope you give up. Honestly, I don't get the high rating at all. My experience has been a total waste of time.

They banned me for no reason I won a Hoodie and it has been almost 2 months and didn’t get anything. Then I contacted support and the discord for help or advice. Then I got banned on their discord. Also I had a eval on tradesea and lost my account bc when i first entered the trade I was already in drawdown 300$. Ended up being a winning trade :( I wouldn’t advice using Lucid at all. Banning people for simply asking for help is crazy
