Lucid trading is amazing in terms of their offerings, support and pretty much everything else. Support is prompt in resolving issues. I would definitely recommend people to give it a chance. However I’m dinging one star as their system detected a false positive violation of Max Contract limit rule and I had to deal with the wait and follow up on resolution with no fault of mine. This issue made me doubt myself and spend hours reviewing trades on what I did wrong and this is all when I was one step closer to a payout. I appreciate their help though in addressing this and returning the profits back to accounts. Hopefully they resolve this.

This has been an overall great experience. The prices seems industry standard and sometimes have some good deals. Platform is easy to use and almost too basic but clean and easy. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 stars is their payout rules and amount and that they are losing projectx. Projectx sounds like they can't do much about and the stricter rules are what helped me get to my first payout. So I'm actually grateful for the strict rule. It has made trading less stressful.

Lucid has great customer service. The best I've experienced so far. I really like how competitive their prices are. They have some of the best rates out there. New accounts generate kind of slow in comparison to other props and the payout scaling is the reason not a perfect 5.
