Account banned with changing reason I had a LucidFlex funded account and was permanently banned citing "fraud" and "cross-user copy trading." The only basis given was that my account and a family member's account shared the same IP address and physical address — which is inevitable when two family members live together and trade from the same household. Both accounts passed Lucid's own KYC and liveness verification independently, confirming we are two separate, verified individuals. We operated within Lucid's stated household account limits at all times. When I submitted a formal appeal with these facts, the response was simply: "the decision was made by higher authority and is final." No specific evidence was provided. No trade data was cited. No explanation of how independent trading by family members constitutes fraud. What makes this worse: my mother's account received a different reason for the ban — "chargeback" — despite the fact that she confirmed directly with her card issuer that no chargeback was ever filed. The reason changed after she submitted her appeal. Lucid allows family/household accounts by policy, but appears to use pattern-matching algorithms to flag and ban accounts around payout time without providing any substantive evidence to affected traders. I would caution anyone trading with family members from the same household to be aware of this risk.

support system is a joke, AI generate generic responses. Lied to you that issue is resolve to close ticket.

Support closed my ticket, waited 20 hours, then answered about the wrong platform After my challenge failed due to a platform issue I documented in detail, my first ticket (#89983808) was closed by an agent named Anish with a response that did not address a single technical question I raised. I opened a second ticket with a full written escalation. After waiting over 20 hours and sending multiple follow-up messages with no response, an agent named Delta finally replied. The response acknowledged that TradingView can struggle with stability and real-time execution, recommended I keep Tradovate open as a backup in a second browser window, and suggested switching to NinjaTrader going forward. I was not using Tradovate. I was using Tradesea. Delta's entire response addressed a platform I never traded on. That detail alone tells you how carefully my case was read before being dismissed. The platform fragmented my single 10-contract stop order into five separate orders placed at staggered price levels a few ticks apart. Each triggered at a worse price than the last. The drawdown exceeded what my intended stop would have produced, and the challenge failed as a result. I reported this clearly across two tickets. Neither agent engaged with the substance of what happened. Instead: first ticket closed without investigation, 20-hour wait on the second, then a response about the wrong platform, followed by Delta leaving the chat. If TradingView through Tradesea produces undisclosed order fragmentation behavior, that information belongs in your platform documentation before traders use it. Not in a support chat, after the challenge has already failed, addressed to a platform the trader never opened.
