The worst customer service from any…

The worst customer service from any prop. The reps close the ticket before you even respond and clarify the issue they just assume they "fixed" something and end the convo without you being able to responding after. No listening skills or care.

Please do not use lucid trading

Please do not use lucid trading, they will make any excuse to not let you pass your Evals. My consistency rule should have been %50 but they kept moving the profit target 1st day $1725 and 2nd day $1748 which is %50 consistency and they refused to pass me. Cynthia was very unhelpful as well. Please use tradeify or myfunded futures for prop firms.

It has now been 76 days

It has now been 76 days, and all funded accounts have remained paused due to a so-called “cool down period” since the 6th payout. This extended pause has been extremely frustrating, with little clarity or communication on when accounts will be reactivated. Traders rely on consistency and transparency, and long, undefined restrictions like this make it very difficult to plan or operate effectively.
