HFT and microscalping — more than 50% of profit from trades held 5 seconds or less — are not permitted.

this firm pays out fast and is good but...

this firm pays out fast and is good overall but support needs work, while its true that this firm does not have multi day long support wait times like topstep it still lacks in the sense that they dont even let u respond any issue you have they give you their response and thats it they mark it as resolved you cant even give a response back or ask a question and then have to open a new ticket. additionally they said they were going to only take away negative trades during tradovate outage but they took away positive trades as well. even though other firms did not. overall solid firm but i did feel like i was did wrong.
