Account Locked for Over a Week – No Access to Payouts

I purchased a funded account with Lucid and have been unable to access it properly for over a week. My dashboard has been stuck on a message saying the account will “become active within 5 minutes during market hours,” but it never activates. Because of this, I cannot access or request payouts, despite meeting the requirements. I contacted support and was told this is a “technical issue,” but after submitting a ticket, I’ve received no meaningful updates or resolution. It’s now been hours with no response, and the issue itself has lasted over a week. This is extremely concerning for a firm that is supposed to handle traders’ funds and payouts reliably. Locking users out of their accounts with no timeline or communication is unacceptable. At this point, I’m questioning the reliability and legitimacy of this platform. I would strongly advise others to be cautious until this issue is properly addressed.

Ridiculous "Hedging" claim for 60-second trades

I’m writing this to warn other traders about Lucid Trading’s automated and unfair "hedging" violations. I had a technical execution error where I opened a position and closed it almost immediately to correct my direction. The trades in question lasted only 66 seconds respectively. Despite this clearly being an operational correction (fat finger), Lucid flagged it as "prohibited hedging." I contacted their support with the logs, but they refused to even review the case, stating their decisions are "final and cannot be appealed regardless of intent." Labeling a 60-second corrective trade as "hedging" is technically incompetent and just an excuse to wipe a trader's profits and restrict the account. If you want a firm that understands how trading actually works and doesn't use "gotcha" rules to penalize honest mistakes, look elsewhere.

Eduard worst Customer Rep - Lucid Just looking for any reason to make you fail

Shoutout to Eduard from Customer Service. No understanding of how to take care of a customer. Made a mistake and they wiped out $1500 of profits, then left the drawdown it generated. So a 5 50k accounts left with 500$ drawdown for "hedging" on one account that mistakenly did not close an order, Affecting the other 4. No intention in helping, just enforcing so we loose accounts. WILL NEVER TRADE THEM AGAIN.
