FundedNext Futures is a CME futures prop firm launched in 2025, operating under the FundedNext brand (founded 2022), which has paid out over $300 million to traders across its CFD and Futures programs. Their Futures division's three main challenge paths are Legacy, Rapid, and Bolt. Each has different consistency rules and payout structures. All three use end-of-day trailing drawdown, charge one-time fees, and carry no activation costs. A fourth path, the Flex Challenge, was added in 2026. The Rapid path further splits into two options chosen at purchase: Rapid Daily, with daily payouts and a built-in daily loss limit, and Rapid Pro, with payouts every 3 days and no daily loss limit by default (an optional add-on lowers the price). The chosen path is locked in permanently after purchase.

REVISION 15/05/2026 Just sharing my experience with FundedNext customer service — and why I’m now revising the 5-star review I gave them only two days ago. Two days ago, I contacted support with a simple question. After answering it, the representative immediately encouraged me to leave a 5-star review, which I did at the time because the interaction seemed positive. But yesterday completely changed my perspective. I contacted them regarding their giveaway after noticing that my entry was excluded despite being very close and meeting all the required conditions. What disappointed me wasn’t simply the result itself, but the complete lack of transparency and willingness to even review the situation when I reached out for clarification. What I received in return was one of the most dismissive customer service experiences I’ve had. The representative didn’t even ask for my X account or attempt to verify anything. Instead, she repeatedly responded with: “FN has its own reasons.” “All decisions are final.” No explanation. No transparency. No willingness to investigate. That instantly made me regret the 5-star review I had just given them. What concerns me most is that I don’t even have a FundedNext account yet. If this is how they treat someone before becoming a customer, what happens after you pay for challenges or become funded? It honestly creates the impression that one day your account could be suspended or your payout denied without any meaningful explanation — and the only response you’d receive would be: “FN has its own reasons.” “All decisions are final.” For a prop firm that expects traders to trust them with their money, time, and effort, that mentality is a serious red flag.

"I had a great experience with the support team. I was running into technical hurdles regarding regional restrictions and platform connectivity, but the team was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They provided clear, step-by-step guidance that helped me get my challenge account up and running quickly. Efficient, professional, and very helpful!"
