Regarding the prop firm itself, I prefer to wait a bit longer before giving a full opinion since I’m still in the process, but for now I can’t complain. Very disappointing experience with FundedNext. The challenge account offered 1:15 leverage on indices, but once funded they reduced it to 1:5 — something that was not clearly disclosed on the main sales or checkout pages. It was buried in the FAQs. To make things worse, their 70% margin rule is extremely restrictive. I had a trade using around 69% margin with only about $20 risk on a $6,000 account and it was still treated as “high risk”. Support just repeats scripted responses about “market volatility” instead of addressing the transparency issue properly. If you trade indices, make sure you fully understand the funded account conditions before purchasing.
